In most cases, Level 1 families receive login information within 2 business days. Level 2, Level 3S, and Level 3H families will meet with their learning coach (in person or via phone or web conference) to plan classes for your student and discuss how we can best meet your educational needs. Your student is able to start after that conference, usually within 1 business day.
