How do I withdraw my child from eLearning Academy?

We're sorry to see you go, but if you'd like to withdraw, simply email accounting@elearningk12.com. Your auto draft will stop beginning the month after you notify us of your desire to withdraw. The current month is not refundable; however, you will still have access to lessons through the end of the month. Please print or contact us for your child's transcript before withdrawing, as you may need this if you enroll your student in a public or private school.

Do you offer tuition grants?

Tuition scholarships are granted through the eLearning Foundation when funds are available. Read more on how to apply on our Foundation page. Applications are kept in strictest confidence. The scholarship committee will review all applications anonymously and notify applicant families of the status of the application. Parents may also apply for Arete Scholars, ACE, and The Louisiana Scholarship for Educational Excellence Program (SEE) funds to assist with tuition. We are also partnered with charter schools that allows our students to access eLearning Academy's platform with our curriculum and Learning Coaches using eLearning Academy's Level 3H (Home based Virtual) option. Do you finance tuition?

Level 1 - Parent-directed Homeschooling and Level 2 - Teacher-directed Virtual School with Accreditation are available as a monthly subscription. Level 3S - Onsite and Level 3H - Home-based with Learning Coach Instruction and Assistance may be paid in full, or paid in monthly auto draft payments. Level 3S and Level 3H auto drafts incur a 10% processing fee. A $50 late payment fee will be added if the payment does not process on the date scheduled.

Are my tuition payments tax deductible?

Please consult your tax professional. If you live in Louisiana and you are enrolled in the Home Study Program, you may be able to deduct homeschool expenses from your state income taxes. Again, consult your tax professional.
