Key Qualifications
I have more than 34 years of teaching experience. I taught Special Education students for 13 years in the public school setting. I started the program for Autistic students at Lisa Park. At the time, it was a first step to bringing our students into the mainstream. I also served 2 years on the Louisiana State Developmental Disabilities Council. The last twenty one years of my career were spent teaching fourth and second grade in the Catholic schools.
