I’ve been married to Doug LeCompte for 30 years and we have two grown sons, Alex and Cody. We are excited to welcome a daughter-in-law, Kayla, in October 2023.

Professional Profile
I have worked in early childhood for 15 years and participated in over 150 hours of continuing education and early childhood conference sessions.
I have also worked as a Community Projects Manager for the nonprofit, Options for Independence and Sales Manager, Editor and Writer for Bayouland Advertising.
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation holds a special place in my heart and I have enjoyed all aspects of fundraising, co-chairing walk events and volunteering for their organization in years past as well as being a team leader for a Relay for Life team.
I feel very blessed to be continuing my career in early childhood at eLearning. I strive to instill a lifelong love of learning in my students. My goal is to make everyday an adventure for them as they discover and learn.
