K-12 Onsite

4-Hour or 7-Hour Day programs featuring accredited academic sessions with core curriculum, electives, and more.

Level 3S: Onsite Accredited (Annual Tuition) for the 2025-2026 School Year

Registration Fees: (non-refundable)
Early bird registration open from February 1st – February 28th, 2025

Returning Students: $200 (Early Bird: $150)
New Students: $300 (Early Bird $250)

Workbook and Materials Fees (K-8): $150

Prepayment: Due by June 30th. Receive a 5% discount if paid in full by May 31st. A $50 per month late fee is added if not paid by June 30th. A 4% processing fee is added to all debit and credit card payments. Tuition is prorated for anyone registering on or after October 1st.

Monthly Auto Draft Payments:
Payments are due on the 1st of the month, with the final balance due on March 31st. A processing fee of 10% on the balance is added to the total if paying monthly. A $50 late payment fee will be added if the payment is not made on the date scheduled.

 

Referral Credit:

If you refer a new onsite student at our Thibodaux, Houma, or Baton Rouge center, $100 will be credited to your child’s tuition. Please instruct the new family to indicate after registering that you referred them. It would be helpful if you send an email to accounting@elearningk12.com listing those you are expecting to register and enroll with eLearning Academy. The credit is limited to one student per referral, but any number of families can be referred, earning $100 per family.

Level 3S
Onsite 4-Hour Day (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM) – Accredited, 4-hour academic sessions. Includes core curriculum and a 6 to 1 student/Learning Coach ratio for core support and instruction.  High school tuition includes one onsite elective such as Art, Music, ACT Prep, Work Study, or other areas.

Onsite 7-Hour Day (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM) – In addition to morning academics, 7-hour students receive additional 3 hour sessions, consisting of academic study hall and elective classes, including science lab,  music, life skills, Spirit and Faith, STEM makerspace, art, and PE.
