Personal Profile
I was born and raised in Houma, Louisiana. I am a mom of three kids, two boys and one girl. My daughter is a 2023 graduate from eLearning.

Professional Profile
I graduated from Nicholls State University with my bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Science with a minor in Psychology. I did my internship at Lafourche Parish FINS. I worked closely with Lafourche Parish School Board, and that is where I found my passion for helping children. It helped guide me to the decision to get my teaching certification.

Key Qualifications
As a learning coach at eLearning, students come into my classroom for various reasons. It Is important for me to build positive relationships with them, so they will continue to have wonderful experiences in their education. Regardless of their grade level, I hope to build their confidence from within to empower them to be motivated and engaged in their learning.

Professional Affiliations
I am a member of Junior Auxiliary of Houma where I am involved in numerous community service projects. I was the chair of Louis Crisis Children’s Center for 2 years. I also helped with creating Krewe of You, a sensory safe Mardi Gras event held yearly for kids and kids at heart. I was previously an advocate for CASA for Terrebonne where I volunteered to help advocate for children who needed safe, permanent, and nurturing home so he/she can thrive.
