Tuition: Curriculum & Learning Coach
This fee includes curriculum, guidance, grading, records, and access to a certified Learning Coach in our accredited academy.
- Grades K-8: $190/month or $1,900/year
- Grades 9-12: $250/month or $2,500/year
2.Optional Onsite Instruction
(Thibodaux & Houma Campuses or Live Video Conferencing)
These services are optional and are added to the tuition & fees in section 1.

3. Additional Academic Services
Some students benefit from additional academic support services. When recommended, families will receive a written plan and cost estimate before services begin.
4. Tuition & Registration Information: Payment Options
Pay in Full (Onsite Services)
- 5% discount if paid by May 31, 2026
- 4% processing fee for card payments
- Cash, check, card, or ACH accepted
Monthly Auto-Draft (card or ACH only)
- Payments due on the 1st of each month
- Final payment due May 1, 2027
- 10% handling fee added for monthly payments
- $50 late fee after 2-day grace period
REFUND POLICY:
Upon written notification, onsite students who withdraw by the 15th of the month may receive a prorated refund from the annual prepaid tuition based on the following percentages: August ‘26 80%, September ‘26 60%, October ‘26 50%, November ‘26 40%, December ‘26 30%, and January ‘27 20%. Withdrawals beginning February 1, 2027 do not receive a refund. If a student withdraws, unpaid annual fees are still owed. Unpaid fees may be subtracted from refunds, if eligible.

eLearning Academy is pleased to introduce our affiliate learning pods, where students can get the individual attention and outstanding curriculum available at eLearning Academy.
